Littmann, M.D. (1972) Effect of temperature of storage on quality of Doris plums. Queensland Journal of Agricultural and Animal Sciences, 29 (1). pp. 59-66.

Doris plums could be stored for 2 weeks at 30 or 32 deg F and after removal to 70 deg they maintained an acceptable quality for over a week. The cv. appears suitable for export to south-east Asian countries.
