Abstract

Information available on nodulation and cross-infection of Queensland indigenous legumes is assembled. Nodulation is recorded on 29 previously unlisted indigenous species, including 2 unlisted genera. The ability of isolates from 13 species to infect cowpea (Vigna sinensis (L.) Endl. ex Hassk.) is recorded. The information on nodulation and cross-infection for indigenous legumes in the whole of Australia is assembled as an appendix.
