A wilt of Papaw caused by Verticillium dahliae Kleb

Burden, O.J. (1968) A wilt of Papaw caused by Verticillium dahliae Kleb. Queensland Journal of Agricultural and Animal Sciences, 25 (3). pp. 153-156.

The pathogen was isolated from wilted plants in the Brisbane area in 1965, apparently the first record of it on papaw. Injured roots were generally the only ones infected in the glasshouse and the disease is of little economic importance.
