Abstract

Spraying from fruit set until harvest with copper fungicides at 14 and 28-day intervals controlled anthracnose (Glomerella cingulata) of avocado (Persea americana). Benomyl plus
Agral 60R at 14-day intervals was also effective. Propineb and captan were ineffective. The surfactant Triton B1956R added to copper oxychloride or cupric hydroxide failed to improve anthracnose control.
