Willson, B.W. (1974) Diet-rearing the lantana insect Plagiohammus spinipennis (Thoms.) (Col. Cerambycidae). Queensland Journal of Agricultural and Animal Sciences, 31 (4). pp. 405-412.

Difficulties in cage rearing Plagiohammus spinipennis on the weed Lantana camara made it necessary to develop a diet-rearing technique. The determination of the quantity of food required, the optimum frequency of renewal of medium changes and the effects of continuous diet-rearing are discussed.
