Abstract

The biosecurity environment across Australia has been undergoing considerable reform in recent years. Here in Queensland, the recent Biosecurity Capability Review concluded that the state is experiencing unprecedented challenges to its ability to respond to the increasing number, scale and scope of pest and disease threats both from within and outside Australia.
