Abstract

Seven new species are described, viz., Afrodacus flavinotus, A. furvus, Melanodacus rubidus, Psilodacus exiguus, Strumeta hispidula, S. mendosa, and S. robiginosa. The males of Afrodacus tigrinus May and Strumeta notatagena May, previously known only from the female, are described. Neodacus lanceolatus Perk. is recorded from North Queensland.
