Abstract

The paper describes techniques for the measurement of leaf water potential (\jf), leaf xylem pressure potential (P), relative water content (RWC), osmotic potential of xylem sap (7t sap) and two techniques for the measurement of osmotic potential of cell sap (7t leaf) in D leaves of pineapple.
